No experience necessary! Learn to Row is an introduction to sculling that focuses on the fundamentals of sculling (rowing with two oars).


Individuals will be taken step by step through vocabulary, safety maneuvers, and independent boat handling skills. This eight-hour course will give you the skill set to safely row a single scull.

Enrollment is capped at eight students. Another class will be offered in October.

  • USRowing-certified instructors, certified in First Aid and CPR

This year’s ninth Key Lime & Tropical Festival is at the Fisherman’s Village in Punta Gorda. Spend the day exploring shops, restaurants, and specialty vendors showcasing key lime and tropical delights. There are amazing artists like Singer Bill Crowley, John Patti, Dennis McCaughey, Dave Lapio, and others throughout the day into the evening.
