Peachey’s Baking Co.

Peachey’s Baking Co

Peachey’s Baking Co
4800 South Tamiami Trail Sarasota, FL 34231

Peachey’s Baking Co. is a family-run bakery known for its freshly made, Amish-style doughnuts and soft pretzels, the kinds of treats that often draw long lines—and for good reason. Regulars rave about the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the doughnuts, especially the vanilla-glazed ones, saying they’re pillowy and just sweet enough. The pretzels also get a lot of love, particularly when served with the bakery’s standout mustard. Many reviews compliment not only the flavor, but the warmth and friendliness of the staff. It feels like a spot made with love, where quality really shows.

Hours: Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Reptiday Port Charlotte

Attendees can browse and purchase among hundreds of reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, arachnids, and small exotic animals, and also find everything needed for their care — cages, supplies, feeders, etc. The event emphasizes education as well: experts are on hand to share knowledge about proper herpetology care, exotic species, and responsible ownership. Kids and families are a big part of the show, making it a full-day experience of exploring, learning, and maybe taking home a new exotic pet.
