SANCA at Nathan Benderson Park and The USA Dragon Boat Federation is excited to bring the IDBF Club Crew World Championships to Nathan Benderson Park!  Please join us as we welcome over 80 dragon boat clubs from across the world! This will be an exciting week of racing amongst the top dragon boat clubs from more than 10 countries.  There is a lot to see, and an amazing competition to witness during this amazing event that happens only on alternate years.

In 2012, Captain Mike Harden, a Coast Guard Captain and licensed lobster fisherman based out of the coastal city of Norwalk, Connecticut, launched his LobsterCraft food truck, offering over-the-top, hot, and buttery lobster rolls to hungry consumers looking for their next lobster roll fix.  It didn’t take long for this local phenomenon to morph into a robust catering business, a small fleet of food trucks, and brick-and-mortar locations up and down the east coast, bringing Connecticut’s official state sandwich to the masses.
