Music lovers from all over the Suncoast will descend on Laishley Park in Punta Gorda, FL. This gathering is for an amazing Bluegrass event on the shores of the Peace River. Add in a roster of some of the best regional bluegrass acts and some Bluegrass Royalty, and you have the Peace River Jam. This is one of the most highly anticipated events of the year. In addition to great live entertainment, there will be merchandise vendors, food trucks, a full bar with seating, and a special moonshine bar! There will be continuous entertainment throughout the three days. See the complete entertainment schedule for set times. Attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets and lodging well in advance as this event will fill up fast.

US Rowing 2023 Youth National Championships

The 2023 USRowing Youth National Championships will be held here on the Suncoast in partnership with Visit Sarasota County and the Nathan Benderson Park Conservancy from June 8-11 at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota-Bradenton, Fla. Athletes must qualify for the event through one of 12 qualification regattas, which are held over the next four weekends.
The nation’s premier rowing venue, Nathan Benderson Park, has hosted numerous national and international rowing events, including the 2022 USRowing Youth National Championships. Come on out to this beautiful location to cheer on some competitive young people at their best during the duration of this championship.
