RoboBoat is an international student competition. Teams from around the world design autonomous robotic boats to navigate through a challenging course. Aside from demonstrating impressive maritime maneuverability, these student-built boats are designed to tackle tasks that mimic real-world challenges facing the maritime industry. These challenges include coastal surveillance, port security, and other types of oceanographic operations. Come on June 20-25th to see some fierce competition at Nathan Benderson Park.

Live Artist Demonstrations
Included with admission, demonstration Saturdays (see the schedule below) will give you an even more in-depth look into the medium of Fiber Art. Whether it’s pine needle basket weaving or Rozome/Batik, you’ll be able to experience the exhibition with a deeper knowledge and understanding of the artists’ process.

What is Juneteenth? Juneteenth is a national holiday celebrating enslaved people’s emancipation throughout the United States.
For more than 150 years, African American communities across the country have observed this holiday. Come out and enjoy this cultural heritage celebration with music, food, shopping, arts, and entertainment. The 2022 Juneteenth Community Festival is a FREE event that will feature the Beatdown Band of Tampa, Fl, as well as other local artists.
