US Rowing What's On

Rowing 2021 Youth National Championships

Rowing 2021 Youth National Championships
5851 Nathan Benderson Circle, Sarasota, Florida 34235 USA

The largest youth national event is set to take place this coming weekend in the beautiful Nathan Benderson Park here in Sarasota. To account for uncertainty earlier in the year regarding the ability to hold the usual qualification regattas due to Covid-19, USRowing moved to an open entry process for this year, diverting from prior practices. In the end, the change allowed more athletes, coaches, and teams to be involved, getting them back on the water after several months of limited races. These new procedures have allowed teams to send more athletes for competition. Come on out and see some amazing racers take to the waters of Nathan Benderson in a heated competition sure to liven up your weekend!
