The fifth annual Spring Fling Skim Jam here on the Suncoast returns to Nokomis Beach, a premier skim break on the Gulf Coast of Florida. This event is designed to bring the skim community together for the weekend and have a fun-filled time at the beach. Bring your best tricks and see how you stack up against local talent!

Skim Jam is a three-day event consisting of a FREE Skim Clinic, a Pro/Am Skim USA-sanctioned contest, Pro Signing, and an awards ceremony. Held at Nokomis Beach, it will have prizes, raffles, and a family-friendly atmosphere focused on community!

Sugar Champagne Bar is Sarasota’s newest destination for luxury and indulgence, located at 127 S. Pineapple Avenue in the heart of downtown. The bar offers a curated selection of fine champagnes, artisanal cocktails, and elevated small plates, including world-class caviar and desserts. Live piano performances and a strict cocktail attire dress code enhance the sophisticated ambiance.

Hours: During happy hour from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, guests can enjoy the lounge without a minimum spend. However, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, reservations are required with a $150 per person minimum spend. Reservations can be made through Resy.

Experience the beauty of Tampa’s waterfront with Urban Kai’s Sunset Paddle Happy Hour, a weekly event perfect for both beginners and seasoned paddlers. Held every at Urban Kai’s Armature Works location this self-guided paddle offers a serene journey along the Hillsborough River as the sun sets over the city skyline. Participants can choose between stand-up paddleboards or kayaks, with rental prices set at $25 for a single kayak or paddleboard and $35 for a double kayak. All necessary equipment, including paddles and life jackets, is provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and prepare for the paddle. Advance registration is required to secure your spot.
