As the holiday season winds down this trolley tour might be a great option to see the lights of the brightest Suncoast neighborhoods before 2020 goes out with a roar. Bring along a light beverage and a snack to share among your group if you wish. Trolleys are cleaned between tours, and masks required for riders. This amazing ride starts at 2 different times nightly at 6:15 or 8:15 p.m. Check in’s are 15 minutes prior to departure to ensure that the group sizes are appropriate to keep all our riders safe and enjoying the end of 2020’s holiday season!

Yep, this one is all about checking out all that holiday cheer that the vendors of St. Armands Circle always master at Christmas. This is a great walking destination for amazing window shopping, eating establishments or maybe just a sweet treat or two. Oh, who are we kidding it’s also a great people watching spot to see the mix of residents and guests in one hot spot. There is something for everyone from four legged friends to high end fashions. So for a socially distanced, walking experience that is a delight for the eyes – take a trip out to one of the most beautiful spots in our fair community.

This great little eatery is all Suncoast of Florida fabulous. With the original stern of the Island Gypsy boat as it’s bar, after being damaged in Hurricane Wilma in 2006 and then sinking again it does better as a talking piece for this amazing restaurant. Check out fresh seafood options, great drinks along the beautiful Isle of Capri water. Amazing salads, starters and other options can be yours for a light lunch or dinner out enjoying everything wonderful about Florida. Additionally, Gift Cards and something from the gift shop might be just the holiday gift you have been looking for – swing on by next time you are in Naples to check out “Locally World Famous” cafe.

Now we know, with Christmas just around the corner being out on a beach shark tooth hunting? Absolutely, the best time of year with the more temperate climates make it great to take advantage of all the beautiful shore lines. As anyone from around here will tell you, kids of all ages love the thrill of finding shark teeth and there is no place better than Caspersen Beach in Venice. So, if you have some out of town guests this holiday looking for a socially distanced, approved outdoor activity – why not go hunting?

This small family owned business in Fort Myers operates 13 shrimp boats from Key West to the Dry Tortugas. All the shrimp are flash frozen on the boats during the extended time out in the ocen, and then unloaded and processed to the restaurants and the retail market at Trico Shrimp Co. All the seafood is caught by local charter boats, allowing them to offer the freshest seafood in town, and even has some overnight shipping options for those outside the state to enjoy. This tourist attraction allows you to enjoy the market, boat unloads and loads in this beautiful area of the Suncoast.
