Join us for the original and premier three-person team event at the Tower at Nathan Benderson Park! We will have a blast, crush some WODs, and find out once again which team is the Gobbler Gauntlet champion!
The GOBBLER GAUNTLETtm is open to all levels of athletes over the age of 18. All athletes are encouraged to familiarize themselves with different fitness domains, more specifically, to have some exposure to CrossFit-style workouts and powerlifting. The Rx division includes all powerlifting, bodyweight, and gymnastic movements. NW Fit Games does not program ring muscle-ups in regular competition, however, they have shown up in finals. The Scaled division will include lighter weight and less advanced movements than Rx. All athletes will be required to sign a waiver.

This year at the Ruskin Seafood Festival here on the Suncoast, all attendees will be able to celebrate a love for seafood and fun times. Additionally, Gold Coast Greyhound Adoptions will be joining in the fun with some adorable, retired racing greyhounds looking for their forever homes. A full arts and crafts market will also allow you to check off some of that holiday gift-giving in between the other events. The interactive kids area will be open for the younger attendees, and a car show on Sunday.
