For the month of October, The Florida Aquarium is featuring extended hours until 9 p.m. every Saturday. Additionally, the Washed Ashore – Art to Save the Seas is also still on display making for an amazing educational and visual event for all family members. With interactive displays where Moon Jelly and stingrays can be touched or simply stroll through great exhibits with ambassador species of animals waiting to meet you. A special member’s night will be happening on October 16, 2021 for current members. There is so much to do, spend a Saturday with the family exploring – with much social distancing and other precautions in place for the safety of all!

This coming weekend is the first weekend of the 29th annual Hunsader Farms Pumpkin Festival. 2020 has been an unusual and chaotic year, but as we head into fall it is nice to have a few of our tried and true traditions able to undertaken once again. Live music, craft shows pony rides, arm painting petting zoo and so much more fun is to be had for the next three weekends, Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Masks are recommended, and sanitation stations will be heavily available during this event.
