The best compact drivers from across the country are set to invade the Freedom Factory once again! The National Compact Touring Series, Midwest Dash Series, and Carolina Mini Stock Challenge Series will all make a showing, along with Cleetus Mcfarland. This year we’ve added the Florida Mod Mini and Florida Crown Vic classes to the program. We’ll also have a couple entertaining exhibitions taking place during the event.

Hours: Friday/Saturday, February 3, 10 a.m. to February 4 to 10 p.m. (see schedule online)

They are also a must-stop locale to try if you are looking for a good steak. The Out of the Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk benefits the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. The Community Walks, held in hundreds of communities across the country, is the core of the Out of the Darkness movement, which began in 2004. These events give people the courage to open up about their connections to the cause and a platform to create a smarter culture about mental health. Friends, family members, neighbors, and coworkers walk side-by-side, supporting each other and in memory of those we have lost. Join us at Nathan Benderson Park this coming weekend to support a great cause.
