This is free but you need to register. The day starts with a yoga class – be sure to bring your mat and water bottle! Then there will be meditation sessions, keynote speakers, a spin class (if you want to). There will be a Vendor Village for you to shop and perhaps buy wellness products. This event is complimentary to guests and non-guests alike.

National Association of Safe Crab Racing At Bars is run every Tuesday at The Swordfish Grill & Tiki in Cortez. The first race starts at 7pm (but get here early so you can pick the fastest crab) and you can rent a crab for $2. No crabs ever get hurt and they seem to enjoy it! Get in on the action and enjoy the fabulous view while you watch your crab win (possibly!).

They make over 20 beers in-house and always something new to taste. They have a rotating lineup of Food Trucks to order from. Come on out and enjoy the music!
