12th Annual Downtown Venice Craft Festival

This is a two-day craft festival: Sat. & Sun. 10am-5pm in historic downtown Venice. There is a Green Market with fresh live plants as well as beautiful crafts in ceramics, jewelry, stained glass, metal works, etc. Come enjoy Venice! More info on event here

17th Annual Gumbo Fest

Live entertainment: Zydeco Music by Chubby Carrier & The Bayou Swamp Band, festival food. $5000 reverse raffle. Fun! Fun! Fun!

Open Mic with Sara Nelms featuring Kelly White!

Janis Ian is a songwriter and author of “Society’s Child: My Autobiography” and the children’s book “The Tiny Mouse”. The talk will take place next door at the Waterline Marriott and shown at the library. The sale of merchandise offered will go to The Pearl Foundation and the Island Library.
