Callie Chappell, Live At The Blue Rooster

There was quite the buzz last night at the Blue Rooster. It was a packed house- the CD Release Party for Callie Chappell.  Callie and her band members Willie Royal, Steve Apostoli, Michael Corley, J.P. Coley and Leah Wann put on quite a show.

The CD “Live At Spirit Ranch” was recorded in February, 2014 at the recording studio owned by Bud Snyder and Peter Arevalo.  The project was the brain child of producer Barbara Strauss.  Over 70 people were on hand at the recording studio to witness the recording of the event.

Callie played many songs from her new CD along with some from her first recording.  Everyone in the crowd was clapping along and just having a good ole time.  CD’s were sold for $15. each and are also available on her website at calliechappell.com.
