One of the biggest events in our town, The Sarasota Film Festival is back! It’s hard to believe that this is the 23rd year of this fabulous event. Opening night for the 10-day event is Friday, April 30th.

This year’s event promises to be exciting and unique with plans calling for virtual and live events along with indoor, outdoor and virtual screening of some really fabulous independent films. So many events are being planned and there will be a major announcement coming soon!

For the 9th consecutive year, the team at Sande Caplin & Associates is proud to announce that they are the website developers for the festival. There are some special projects being developed for the website that will make it easier to purchase tickets online and view the events and films virtually. Sande Caplin mentioned that “it is a pleasure to work with Director of Development & Events, Petra Ratner and Managing Director, Paul Ratner and the entire team at SFF.” Please visit the website to stay tuned to all the amazing updates.
The festival is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization and also offers a year-round educational program, which reaches thousands of local students through classic film showcases, film contests, summer camps, and instructional workshops.
