| Sande Caplin |

At 10:30am this morning the official groundbreaking ceremony took place for a new condo community and the Sarasota Film Festival, lead by Film Festival President, Mark Famiglio and a group of dignitaries.

The exciting new SFF headquarters will be located in the new 332 Cocoanut condo community at the same location in the heart of the Rosemary district!

The foundations are already down, and the building is going vertical! Completion due early spring of 2020. Mr. Famiglio said that “now is your opportunity to take advantage of early entry pricing that is available for a limited time.”

It is an exciting time for the Sarasota Film Festival which winds up their 21st season this weekend. Lead by Director of Operations, Petra Ratner the film festival is always one of the biggest events in our area. This year, Director of Education, Paul Ratner ushered in a new website with festival partner, Sande Caplin & Associates. The entire staff is very excited that next year they hope to be in their new headquarters.
