Make Your Own Bloody Mary Every Sunday at the Swordfish Grill and Tiki in Cortez, Florida

The team at the Swordfish Grill and Tiki has done it again. What a great idea! Hang out on the spacious deck that overlooks the beautiful Sarasota Bay and enjoy a Bloody Mary like you never had before. The reason you have never had one like this before is because you are going to design your own Bloody Mary! You’ll get some help from the bartenders and staff, but it’s yours and, only yours.

Price starts at $7.50. You have a choice of 8 different Vodkas, 2 Tequilas or Gin that the bartender will pour for you in a tall glass filled with ice! Then…. you can add “Premium” Garnishes for only $1 each like, Bratwurst Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage, Smoked Sausage, Bacon candied with local Cortez honey, Jumbo Shrimp, Chicken Wing, Crab Legs, Raw Oyster or Grilled Asparagus Spear. Each week there will be new and different offerings! Choose your “rim” from Kosher Salt, Garlic Salt, Celery Salt, Old Bay, Smoke Peppered Bacon Salt or Smoked Bacon Chipotle and Habanero Salt. From there you walk over to the garnish table and that is where the fun begins. Choose your mixer: the popular Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix, Clamato Juice, or regular tomato juice. There are lots of basic items like Celery, Pickled Green Beans, Cucumbers, Lemons, Limes, Stuffed Olives among others and each week there will be a different choice. You can make it zippy as you like with a selection of hot sauces and spices. Then you can take it outside to the deck and enjoy the fabulous Florida Winter Weather!
