These Beautiful Quaint cottages were built in 1936 and have recently been restored in 2022 for your comfort and enjoyment. They offer bright and airy vaulted-beamed ceilings with views of the bay. These cottages are nestled on .75 acre, located in the Oldest Historic Fishing Village of Cortez. Our accommodations offer privacy with waterfront entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. We also offer Venue packages that utilize our entire property and all accommodations for small functions with up to 100 guests.

It is a short block from the cottages to Cortez Rd. and a bike, car ride, or walk over the bridge to our beautiful Gulf Beaches and Anna Maria Island. It is within close proximity for walking or biking to many local restaurants. These gorgeous waterfront cottages offer a charming historical exterior and a beautifully updated interior, with new flooring and paint, while savoring the old Florida style feel with original porcelain sinks & beams. All of our cottages offer TVs in the living room and bedrooms and WIFI. The kitchens are fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
