Hooters of Naples Presents $10,000 Donation to Christmas in July Foundation of Collier County
Representatives from Naples Hooters were joined by Naples Hooters Girl Alumni in presenting a $10,000 donation plus 296 backpacks filled with school supplies to the Christmas in July Foundation of Collier County.
During the entire month of July the restaurant was decorated for Christmas as they collected school supplies and backpacks for homeless kids in Collier County.
The Christmas in July Foundation of Collier County was formed to aid CCPS students who are deemed homeless or at risk of being homeless, with backpacks, school supplies and clothing. The mission is to make sure these students are prepared and proud to go back to school. As an all year long project, we fulfill their needs throughout the school year.
“Our team at Naples Hooters wanted to get involved and help local children who are homeless or at the risk of being homeless. We are thankful to partner with the Christmas in July Foundation of Collier County to be able to provide kids school supplies and backpacks for the new school year and year round. We appreciate our customers’ generosity in always supporting our community efforts,” said Naples Hooters General Manager Steve Caruso.
“We were thrilled to have our alumni get together and join us in presenting the donation to Christmas in July Foundation of Collier County. We had a great turnout and fun evening to celebrate a great cause,” said LTP Management Director of Marketing Kristi Quarles. Hooters of Naples hosted the party to celebrate their Hooters Girl Alumni and treated them to a free meal that evening.
