A Lot Of Money Raised for Hope Family Services!

It was a fabulous evening on September 17, 2015.  Ladies Sing the Blues was held at the Swordfish Grill and Tiki.   All ticket and raffle proceeds along with a large donation from General Manager, Bob Slicker and the staff at the Swordfish was donated to Hope Family Services to help survivors of domestic violence.

The 4 hour event was sold out and some of the best lady blues singers in our area performed including Christine Berstling, Rebecca Bird, Savannah Brady, Synia Carroll, Doti Devane, Jami Gee, Beth Hammer, Wendy Joffe, Lady Katt, Melanie Massell, Taylor Opie, Brittany Russell, Syl Vee R and Twinkle.

Musical Director, Steve Arvey did a fabulous job coordinating the music.  The show was produced by Laura Bell Adams who made sure everything ran smooth for the event.  And special thanks to Billy Rice who was the Emcee for the evening!

The event raised $7500.00 for Hope Family Services.  A check was accepted by Donna Cripe, Marketing Director for Hope Family Services.  Thanks so much to everyone who supported this important event.
