It was 9 years ago in the month of January 2011 that The Sarasota Post shared their first story. It all started at Bruce Famiglio’s The Flying Dog Café in Sarasota where James Newton and Sande Caplin were discussing starting an on-line publication. James said, “I acquired the URL www.sarasotapost.com and will write a story every week.”

The team at Sande Caplin & Associates wanted to reach out to make you aware of a legal concern happening in the digital atmosphere that may affect your business. In the last couple of years there has been an uptick in Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) lawsuits when it comes to website accessibility. We wanted to get ahead of any potential issue and inform you and discuss how this could pertain to your website and possibly affect your business. As well, we’re here to offer assistance should you decide to go ahead with the process of making your website meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. (WCAG)

It was a weekend that I will never forget. Local sports legend, Adrian McPherson asked me if we could help and do some filming of the “Pylon 7v7” football tournament. We jumped at the chance since our team at Sande Caplin and Associates is developing a new website for the McPherson 5 Foundation, which Adrian is the President.
The team at Visit A Paradise Realty is launching their beautiful new website… and a lot more where that came from.
