Master of Cuban Music Brings Dynamic Band to Sarasota

Piano master Chuchito Valdés and his dynamic band return to Fogartyville on Friday, May 3 at 8 p.m.

Valdés, the son of Chucho Valdés, creates an exciting and energetic blend of Afro-Cuban and Latin jazz, bebop, Danzon, cha-cha-cha, Son Montuno, and much more.

Tickets are $28 for members of WSLR+Fogartyville, $32 for not-yet-members and $16 for students (13+).

Fogartyville Community Media and Arts Center is located at 525 Kumquat Court. Audiences should enter the performance space from the alleyway.
