Hey Big Apple, Twinkle Is Coming To Town

Hey New York City….Big News!  Twinkle and her band Rock Soul Radio is coming to town.  It happens this Friday, December 13 at B.B. King Blues Club and Grill.   The band is opening for the legendary Marshall Tucker Band.  It’s going to be some show. On a personal note, this is Twinkle Yokumgoing to be a really special night for me.  I am taking my kids to see the show along the with Christmas Tree in Rockefeller Center!   To my New York friends…..it would be awesome for you guys to come and see this show! Twinkle’s Bio:

Schascle (aka Twinkle), signed to Warner Brothers Records in 1990, recorded the album “Haunted By Real Life”. Produced by Patrick Leonard (Madonna, Michael Jackson, Pink Floyd), the album gained attention on the jazz/pop charts with the song title.

Schascle’s music video, “Can’t Get Love With Money”, was featured on VH1. The sensual song, “Garden Of Love” accompanied a love scene on the prime time soap opera, “Days Of Our Lives”.

The album consists of an all-star cast of musicians including Steve Lukather (Toto), Jeff Porcaro (Toto, Steely Dan, Boz Scaggs), Randy Jackson (Mariah Carey, Madonna, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Elton John, Destiny’s Child, American Idol), John Pattitucci (Bon Jovi, Sting, B.B. King), and Andrae Crouch Gospel Choir (Michael Jackson’s).

Warner Reprise featured Schascle (Twinkle) on the back cover of Billboard Magazine announcing the release of her new album. She was brought to New York to guest VJ on VH1 to host the “Top 21 Countdown” and included her music video “Can’t Get Love With Money” in the countdown.

In 1992, The Olympics and CBS picked up the song “Freedom” to play behind athlete profiles during the network Olympic coverage. Twinkle’s performance in the Montreux Jazz Festival accompanied by Eric Clapton’s Band under the direction of Quincy Jones, won her international critical acclaim.

Schascle has performed and recorded with world class musicians including Jeff Porcaro, David Hungate, Randy Jackson, Steve Lukather, John Pattituci, Vinny Colaiuta, Dickey Betts, Bill Bottrell, Brian McCleod, Brian Johnson Neal Larson, Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section, Nathan East, Ray Cooper, Gregg Fillengaines, Steve Feroni, Double Trouble, Billt Ashbaugh, Rod Stewart, Howard Leese, Paul Rodgers, Jeff Young, Joe Thomas, Brian Wilson, Bud Sneider, Rick Hall, Bonnie Bramlett, Allman Brothers, Dickey Betts and the Great Southern, Chris Anderson.
