Blues Virtuoso Ray Bonneville to Perform at Fogartyville in Sarasota on January 10

Renowned blues artist and Juno Award winner Ray Bonneville is set to perform at Fogartyville Community Media and Arts Center on Friday, January 10, at 8 p.m.

Ray Bonneville, who divides his time between Austin, Texas, and northern Ontario, is celebrated for his stripped-down blues-infused Americana, deeply influenced by the rhythms and grooves of the American South.

With a career spanning several decades, Bonneville has released ten albums, including his latest, On the Blind Side, which showcases his talent for crafting compelling narratives of life’s hardships and emotions.

Throughout his career, Bonneville has shared stages with blues legends such as B.B. King, Muddy Waters, and Dr. John, and has performed at prestigious events like the Montreal International Jazz Festival and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

Tickets for the January 10 performance are priced at $20 for WSLR+Fogartyville members, $25 for non-members, and $12 for students aged 13 and above.

Fogartyville Community Media and Arts Center is located at 525 Kumquat Court, with entry to the performance space via the alleyway.
