Twinkle Yochim, SpongeBob SquarePants, Sandy Cheeks the Squirrel Super Hero and a 6-Year-Old Take Over the Office in Sarasota

I just had to share this! As the proud “Poppy” of 6 grandboys I have the honor of watching every possible kid sports event, wrestling with the kids, play video games with the boys and so much more “boy stuff”!

Our own Sarasota Treasure, Twinkle Yochim, is now doing her studying and writing at our office at Sande Caplin and Associates several times a week. Having Twinkle at the office certainly is an entertaining and wonderful experience. But, Twinkle is NOT the star when she comes to the office. A beautiful, bright and talented 6-year-old takes over when the they come to work.

Many of you have met Twinkle’s granddaughter, Solara. She also has a 2 year old, Dakota!   Solara is quite comfortable in the office. It took her all of 5 minutes to take over…. She is basically the “assistant office manager”.

We have gotten to know each other well in a short period of time. There is nothing better when I walk into my office in the morning and there are several drawings left on my desk from the night before.

Yesterday, she proudly walked into my office to show me that she had written her name all by herself. We talked about both of our names started with an “S”! Solara went on to explain that there is a “Sandy” on SpongeBob SquarePants! Now, I have watched that show several times and really didn’t remember. I said, “Solara are you sure?” She was quite insistent. I “Googled” it and sure enough there was Sandy the Squirrel Superhero!

What does this all mean? To me, it puts a huge smile on my face every time the two of them walk into the office. It puts a whole new meaning on going to work. Who knows, maybe Solara will be our next website designer!
