Southeast Tourism Society has awarded “Camping With The Blues” one of the STS Top 20 Events in the Southeast for OCTOBER, 2020. This year’s 7th Annual Camping with the Blues is October 16-18, 2020. The STS Top 20 Festival and Event Awards have highlighted programs around the Southeast since 1985.
Travel industry experts select 20 events per month, and STS publicizes them throughout the United States. The complete list is published on two websites: Southeast Tourism Society and Travel Media Press Room.
“We are honored to be selected to receive this award. We were surprised and delighted when we were notified. For the past six years we have strived to create an exciting music festival that not only embraces stellar blues artists but also to make it family friendly with a great children’s program and optional camping at a beautiful campground, Sertoma Youth Ranch. Our event helps raise funds to keep this campground operating so youth groups from all across Florida can enjoy the facility for free.”. – Roseanne Herndon, GPS Festival Productions event organizer.
