It was a first class, world class event Thursday night put on by U.S. Tent Rental Company. The event was called “Couldn’t Have Done It Without Ya!” It featured cutting edge event lighting, tents, décor, linens and more. All proceeds of the event benefited the Wheelchair Florida Sled Hockey Team, and focused on the strong partnerships U.S. Tent Rental personnel created with its many clients over the past 12 years.
The sponsors were a “who’s who” of local vendors……. Café Ala Carte, Café L’Europe, Concept Bait, Flowers by Fudgie, Imely Photography and Video, LEDPRO Services, Mattison’s , Michael’s On East, Milan Catering, Minuteman Press, Nellie’s Catering, Paramount Power, Plant Parents, Polo Grill and Bar & Fete Catering and Ballroom, Sarasota Catering, Sights and Sounds, Tailored Twig, Tidy Coast, Treviso, and uDream Events.
Hundred of people from our beautiful Sun Coast attended the event. They enjoyed great gourmet food and drink, awesome graphic presentations, an “in house” casino, raffle drawings music and dancing and much more. It was one of the best corporate celebrations / events that I have ever attended. Another highlight, as you entered the facility you were greeted by the awesome U.S. Tent Company staff with Champagne and the superb Violin arrangements by local 15 year old prodigy, Savannah Brady.
The company also highlighted “Linens by the Sea,” its expanding specialty division that it acquired less than two years ago. The company, owned by Brian, Cliff and Tim Boyle, attributes its tremendous exponential growth to listening to its clients’ wants and needs, and then addressing those needs with unmatched quality, service, and a fair pricing model. In fact, whether it’s a small intimate dinner party, an elegant wedding or a festival for over 5,000, their staff is always working with the client every step of the way, ensuring beautiful and successful events. ‘’At U.S. Tent Rental, the quality of our equipment is exceeded only by the quality of our service’‘ said CEO and Treasurer Brian Boyle.
It was a great evening…..one that was enjoyed by all who attended. Congratulations to the Boyle family.
