Yin Yoga 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Rob Walsh Workshop

Slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time, five to ten minutes per pose. Yin yoga postures apply moderate stress to the connective tissues the tendons, fascia, and ligaments increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
