Looking for something different to do this Saturday? Ride on over to Anna Maria Island and Cortez for “Rolling with the Tide” and Island wide Biker day and evening. Biker or not, all are welcome to come enjoy a party all over the island! Things line up with an 11am poker run and an adult island wide scavenger hunt starting at the public beach AMI Beach Cafe with stops in Cortez and North Longboat Key village as well. Two 5 class Bike Shows with Full Throttle Magazine at 4pm and 8pm, Food and drink specials , shopping sales island wide! Anna Maria is welcoming the motorcycle community hoping they will roll on in for a good time and support “TIFF”  (To Inform Families First. 501c3).

At 4 pm it’s back over to the infamous Freckled Finn Irish Pub in Holmes Beach for a 4:00 pm “FREE ENTRY 5 class Bike show”, live music, filming for a promotional video by Sugar Beach Digital, 4:15 pm awards for Scavenger hunt and Poker run. Bike show, 6pm trophy presentation. The one of a kind trophy’s designed just for this event with Laurie Jo Higgins of Full Throttle, local artist Christopher M Ziebell of Memory Lane Tattoo and Don Ide of the Trophy Case will be the coveted purse besides some great prizes for the scavenger hunt and cash purse for best hand.

After the winners are revealed grab dinner at your favorite stop from the rides, there is sure to be something to satisfy everyone from from the Freckled Finns clever menu, Scott’s Deli,Tacos,Hanks yummy fish and burgers , world famous Doctors Office for our distinguished bikers serves up small bites. We’ve left nothing out in Holmes Beach from the Waterline to Mr Bones BBQ , The Ugly Grouper, the Feast, Isa Bella, Eat Here and Duffy’s tavern to name a few. Rod N Reel, Harry’s, Slims, Poppos, the Sandbar and the Waterfront on North end, add to the rest of the islands variety and a great spot to see a sunset.

Bridge St welcomes you for an 8:00pm “FREE ENTRY” sport bike show at the infamous Drift Inn and Sports Lounge parking lots with live music, drink specials and a party at every place on Bridge Street . AMOB on the Bridge street pier, The Bridgetender and Island Time have something for everyone, The Blue Marlin offers a late night walk-up snack bar and Oma’s Pizza is just around the corner, too, or run back to Solos or Sharkys for a late night bite. Gulf front dining at the Beach House and upstairs patio of the Bridgewalk Bistro. Take a stroll on Bridge street pier or try your hand at Biker mini golf! All are within steps of each other!

Rolling With The Tide event will help support Anna Maria Island Fl businesses and TIFFA 9:30 pm trophy presentation on Bridge Street with owner Tony Cianci and the Full Throttle Magazine crew will wrap up the planned events. Full Throttle will be livestreaming on their FB page late into the evening on Bridge St. Come show off your Bikes!

All proceeds from this event go to T.I.F.F. (To Inform Families First), Florida’s emergency contact program. Tiff was founded by Anna Maria local Christine Olsen. Come support an important cause, the locals who are welcoming you, a beautiful view almost everywhere you stop, bikes, beaches, sunsets, superior dining, shopping and live bands . Scavenger hunt and Poker run registration at 11:00am 4000 Gulf Drive south, Anna Maria Beach Cafe, (Manatee Public Beach) Poker run $10 buy in, additional hands $5.
