One Night Exhibition by Renowned Photographic Artist, Jack Elka

Artspace  is proud to invite the public to a special one night exhibition of the work of renowned photographic artist, Jack Elka on Friday Dec. 11 from 6-9 PM. 

On display are a wide variety of canvas mounted photographs depicting views of Anna Maria Island from long time resident Elka’s unique perspective.  The new exhibit is a retrospective of a 30 year body of work including images of beach life, sunsets, wildlife and of course, Elka’s iconic aerial view of Anna Maria Island.

Elka has added expert drone photography to his portfolio, capturing previously impossible images from this unusual perspective, and these will also be included in the showing.  Elka will give a short presentation on drones during the reception and guests will have the opportunity to see a drone on display.

Join artists, friends, and neighbors for the celebration of this talented photographer and this beautiful island.  Enjoy snacks, wine and drawing prizes while you listen to live music provided by island musician, Gene Aubry.  Don’t miss this one night event!
