Olympians and Elite Swimmers Return to Sarasota for USA Swimming Open Water Championships, April 4–6
USA Swimming is making waves once again at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota, Florida, from April 4–6, 2025, for the Open Water National & Junior National Championships. Hosted in partnership with the Sarasota Sharks and Visit Sarasota County, this prestigious event returns for its third consecutive year.
Fresh off the 2024 Paris Olympics, this three-day event will feature world-class athletes, including Olympians, U.S. Masters Swimming competitors, Swim Canada athletes, and local Sarasota County talent. The competition also serves as a critical qualifier, helping select the U.S. roster for the 2025 World Aquatics Championships in Singapore.
Fans and media will have the opportunity to experience thrilling races across multiple divisions at one of the country’s premier outdoor aquatic venues.
