Mattison’s Forty-One Hosts Coppola Wine Pairing Dinner with Special Guest Jennifer Singleton!
Finish the summer with a delicious and exclusive wine dinner hosted by Chef Paul Mattison, owner of Mattison’s Restaurants and Catering. Join Chef Paul and special guest speaker Jennifer Singleton from Delicato Wines, on Thursday, October 19, 6:30 pm at Mattison’s Forty-One Restaurant located at 7275 S. Tamiami Trail. The event will be held in the private Galleria where guests will be wined and dined with a chef-crafted, 6-course menu expertly prepared and perfectly paired with varietals from the Coppola wine portfolio. Tickets are $135 ++.
Francis Ford Coppola Winery & Delicato Family Wines: The Indelicato Family purchased the Francis Ford Coppola Winery from Francis in late 2021. Delicato Family Wines had been doing business with Francis for over 2 decades by selling grapes for the Coppola Winery and our Winemakers making some wine for Coppola. During this time period, Chris & Jay Indelicato (our CEO & COO) developed a close relationship with Francis and came to look up to him as a mentor. Therefore, when Francis was ready to sell the Sonoma winery and its brands, it was a natural fit for him to go to Chris & Jay to be the new guardians of his beloved wine brands.
