Jean-Sebastian Calvet will be joining Paul Mattison at a rare and exclusive Bordeaux Wine Pairing Dinner on February 19th at Mattison’s Forty-One beginning at 6:30 pm. Chef Paul is creating a 5-course dinner using provincial ingredients such as Niman Ranch Beef and Joyce Farms Duck along with locally sourced items, perfectly paired with 8 wines from the extensive and prestigious Calvet Collection.
