Bradenton Women's Club

Let’s Party Like They Did In The 1920’s!

The Bradenton Woman’s Club
is starting off our 101st year with a slate of new officers, several new members, and one of our largest fundraisers.  Our club and the Temple Beth-El Bradenton are jointly hosting a Roaring 20’s Dance Party event as a fund-raising project.  This event will raise funds for the Wounded Warrior Project.  Join us on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at 8:00 PM at the Bradenton Woman’s Club, 1705 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton.  Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes of the 1920’s and immerse themselves in the ambiance of “The Jazz Age”—a period of prosperity and immense creativity in technology, science, and the arts.  Regardless of attire, the club wants this event to be an evening of enjoyment for all.  The entertainment will include live music from 8:00-11:00 PM, featuring Pam Jeffries and a jazz band.  If dancing is not your thing, casino-style games of chance will be available along with a live auction, and raffles for prizes throughout the evening.  Or you may just want to engage in some lively conversation with new friends over a glass of wine and hors d’oeuvres.    Attendees will merely need to step back in time and revel in the atmosphere of a time gone by.

Local businesses are supporting the event with sponsored tables and gift donations for the silent and live auctions, as well as publicity.   We are deeply appreciative of our sponsors’ generosity in assisting us in this event and many of our other community service projects.

Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.
Tickets may be purchased on-line via www.templebethelbradenton.com/danceparty or by telephone: (941) 896-6541.
