Kicking off a Fun New Year on the Suncoast with the Punta Gorda Seafood & Music Festival

The year is off to a strong start here on the Suncoast, and time to add some fun to your calendar. Come to the Punta Gorda Seafood & Music Festival this weekend for some of the best food here on the Suncoast and a musical lineup that is sure to get your feet tapping. All the fun kicks off on January 13, 2023, at 4 p.m. at Laishley Park in Punta Gorda.

General admission to the event is free, and hours are Friday, January 13th, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday, January 14, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday, January 15, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Entrees being served from wonderful food vendors will include seafood, meat, and vegetarian options. There is a tantalizing array of side dishes, delicious desserts, and broth alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options. Grab a plate full of good eating options and relax while taking in some amazing musical talents.

The festival will also host a marketplace of arts, crafts, gourmet food, and specialty items you can enjoy during breaks in the music. Come out for one day, or all three, and kick off the new year with a fun, vibrant, and relaxing weekend in Punta Gorda. Don’t forget that your fur babies are allowed at this event, so make it a family outing for everyone. We hope to see everyone out and having a blast this weekend!
