Kentucky Derby Day at All Mattison’s Locations in Sarasota / Bradenton

The 145th Run for the Roses, better known as the Kentucky Derby, is the most exciting 2 minutes in sports!

Join us at Mattison’s as we celebrate with Derby themed menu items and drinks. Patrons can choose to have their Derby drinks made with a special blend of Knob Creek Bourbon hand selected by Chef Paul Mattison. Mattison’s is the only place you can taste this particular Knob Creek Bourbon profile. One of the unique Derby drinks is a Mattison’s Trifecta: Paul’s Knob Creek Reserve, Amaretto di Saronno, and Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade!

And, of course, there will also be a Derby hat contest at each Mattison’s restaurant. Everyone is welcome to enter. The winner will be chosen by the staff and management and  will be announced shortly before the race starts. The winner will receive a $50.00 gift card valid at any Mattison’s Restaurant.

Mattison’s will have all their televisions tuned to the Derby so come out and join the crowd at Churchill Downs to cheer on your favorite horse! Omaha Beach? Or maybe Justify? The Race starts at 6:50, but the party goes on all day!
