Friends of Manatee County Animal Services to Host First Annual Casino Night Fundraiser

Friends of Manatee County Animal Services is excited to announce their First Annual Casino Night Fundraiser taking place on Saturday, April 20, 2019 from 7pm to 11pm at Manatee Performing Arts Center located at 502 3rd Avenue West, Bradenton, 34205.

This fun night of chance gambling will be their largest fundraiser for the year with a goal of raising $10,000.00 in a single night in order to continue providing heartworm treatment, emergency medical treatment and enrichment programs for the homeless shelter animals of Manatee County Animal Services. Guests will enjoy an assortment of hor d’oeuvres catered by Pier 22 restaurant, three cash bars, and an entry goodie bag.

Guests are encouraged to dress in their best western or cocktail attire while enjoying the evening of casino games, silent and live auctions, raffles and a chance to win a cooler of cheer. Guests may earn chips to redeem for raffle tickets for fabulous gift baskets, gift cards to local restaurants, businesses, and a variety of other prizes. Silent and live auction items include signed sports memorabilia, tickets to area sporting events and attractions, and resort getaways, including a complimentary 2 night stay at Treasure Island Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

 

 

General admission tickets are $75.00 which includes playing chips, 1 free drink ticket and a goodie bag. Friends of Manatee County Animal Services is a registered 501c3 nonprofit whose mission it is to work hand in hand with Manatee County Animal Services to enrich the lives of the shelter animals by raising funds to provide additional resources, medical care and heartworm treatment. 100% of the event net proceeds goes directly to the nonprofit to help the animals and support their mission.
