Florida Studio Theatre Wraps Up 2025 Summer Cabaret with ‘A Band Called Honalee’ – A Folk-Rock Tribute to Remember

Sarasota’s premier professional regional theatre, will conclude its 2025 Summer Cabaret Series on a high note with A Band Called Honalee: A Tribute to Peter, Paul and Mary…and Friends. This high-energy musical revue celebrates the timeless sounds of the 1960s folk-rock era, bringing a fresh, contemporary twist to the classics that defined a generation.

Previews for the show begin on August 19, with an official opening on August 21. Performances will run through October 26 in FST’s intimate Goldstein Cabaret, located at 1241 N Palm Avenue in the heart of downtown Sarasota.

A Band Called Honalee is more than just a tribute to Peter, Paul and Mary—it’s a dynamic homage to the entire folk-rock movement.
