Bringing The Blues To Sarasota

The 2nd Annual Suncoast Blues Festival will be held Friday & Saturday, February 26  & 27, 2016 at the Sarasota Fairgrounds, 3000 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34237.  The Friday night lineup features JP Soars and the Red Hots, Andy T – Nick Nixon Band and Anthony Gomes with a jam to follow.  Saturday’s lineup is Kettle of Fish, Markey Blue, Sean Chambers Band, Brandon Santini, Howard and the  White Boys and Albert Castiglia, with a jam to follow.  

The Suncoast Blues Festival is produced by Paul Benjamin, Blues Booking Agent, Founder of the highly successful North Atlantic Blues Festival, and Chairman of the Board of the Blues Foundation; and Greg Herndon, President and Owner of Mojoe Productions.

The show is supporting Mothers Helping Mothers, a 501c3 non-profit organization serving the Sarasota community since 1990.  This all volunteer charity has provided basic necessities such as baby items, clothing,  household goods for families in need through donations or items purchased through grant funding or  private donations and are provided for them free of charge.  We will be accepting non-perishable food  items both days of the festival at the front entrance to the festival.  Cash donations also accepted.  

Gates will open at 5pm on Friday; tickets are $15 ADV/$20 GATE.  Show times:  6:00pm-10:00pm

Gates will open at 11am on Saturday; tickets are $20 ADV/$30 GATE.  Show times:  12pm-8:45pm

Two Day Passes are $30 ADV/$40 GATE.   Reserved seating (only available as a two day pass) is $60.

RV sites available $40 per night and includes water, 30amp power and dump station on site.

Tent camping is available $25 per night.  No showers.  Restroom facility on site.
