Blue Rooster “JAM FOR JERRY” Event this Sunday, 9/20

Jerry Shell has been a working musician for over 50 years.  He’s entertained literally thousands of people, from Cabbage Key to Gainesville and beyond, but he makes his home in our community.  Last week Jerry was severely beaten during a home invasion
robbery, then tied up and left to survive if he could.

Blake Hospital’s Trauma Center responded with excellent care…but now Jerry needs to relocate.  Help us to help Jerry find suitable lodgings in a safe area, where this won’t happen to him again.  Come and Jam for Jerry at the Blue Rooster, 1525 4th Street in Sarasota, bring your instruments, or bring your good wishes.
