Bayfest – The Longest Running Festival on Anna Maria Island

Save the Date!  October 21,2023.  Bayfest, the biggest, longest running festival on Anna Maria Island is from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.  Held in the City of Anna Maria on Anna Maria Island, this free, family friendly street festival has something for everyone.  Live Music, Food, Beverages, Arts & Craft Vendors, and don’t forget the amazing car show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  It’s the 22nd Annual festival. 

Great live music including Memphis Rub, Trevor Bystrom Band, Karen & Jimmy Band and Dr. Dave Band.  The arts & craft vendors are local folks, along with local food court vendors and so much more family fun.


Parking Information Options

Some neighborhood street parking is available – be sure to read the signs that indicate where parking is permitted, park with all 4 tires off the roadway and park with the direction of the traffic.

Overflow parking is available at Hancock Whitney Bank, 5324 Gulf Drive, Holmes Beach, then hop on the free trolley going north.

Park at Crosspointe Fellowship Church, 8605 Gulf Drive, on the north end of Holmes Beach and ride the free, dedicated trolley that will be shuttling people directly from the church parking lot to the City Pier.  The dedicated trolley will run from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Park at Manatee Public Beach or Coquina Beach and ride the free trolleys north to the festival. 

From the mainland, take the #3 city bus, which runs from Walmart on SR 64 (Manatee Ave) all the way to Manatee Public Beach (with numerous stops on Manatee Ave).  At Manatee Public Beach, take the tree trolley north to the festival.  There will be multiple trolley’s running on the island to assist the attendees. 

Please note: no coolers or outside alcohol is permitted.
