AMI Privateers Host Their Annual Christmas Party

It’s time to celebrate Christmas on Anna Maria Island!  The AMI Privateers are inviting everyone to their annual Christmas Party at the Drift Inn on Bridge Street.  The event date is Saturday, December 19 from 5:30pm to 10:00pm.

From the folks at the Privateers-  Arrgh Ye residents of the Kingdom of Anna Maria. The Ami Privateers will be Hosting there annual Christmas Party Saturday December 19th at the Drift-In on Bridge Street.  Santa and his Sleigh will be there about 6:00ish.

2020 AMI Privateers Party Particulars

Now due to Covid, No Ya  can’t be setting  on Santa’s Lap, but you still can tell him what you want in your stocking.

A Baked Ham Pot Luck dinner will be offered starting at 6:00pm. (Bring a Dish to share or a $5.00 donation) with a bunch of Sweet Christmas Deserts. Of course, the Cash Bar is open for your Holiday Cheer. Live Music will Start at 9:00pm.  It’s sure to be a Fun Time.

There will be a  “Lotto-Board raffle” drawing  at 9pm. Guaranteed a $100 in Cash and $300 worth of Lottery Tickets for you to Scratch Off with a chance to Win Millions, Raffle for a “Pirate in a Basket Party” full of Booze and a 50/50 Raffle.

So, bring your Friends and neighbors to celebrate as the Anna Maria Island Privateers & Drift Inn wish you and yours a “Very Merry Christmas.”

The Anna Maria Island Privateers are a 501 c3 Non-Profit organization whose Mission Statement is “Pirates for Kids & Community.”  

From the Privateer Website:  The Privateers hold various activities throughout the year including the 4th of July parade, Christmas Parade (complete with gifts for the children and Santa), “Snooks” Adams Kids Day with hot dogs, soda and games, and the Whitey Horton Golf Tournament to raise scholarship funds for local students furthering their education in whatever field they choose.
