A Taste of Manatee and The Ranch at the Grove Ballroom in Lakewood Ranch

“A Taste of Manatee and The Ranch” will feature the culinary delights of at least 17 Sarasota/Manatee Eateries when it takes place at Grove Restaurant Ballroom, Lakewood Ranch on Tuesday, May 21st from 5-8 p.m.

This appetizing extravaganza will feature 17 of Manatee & Sarasota’s delicious eateries, including Stonewood Grill & Tavern, Glory Days, Maple Street Biscuit, Jason’s Deli, Evie’s Restaurants, The Public House, Sonny’s BBQ, Pascone’s Ristorante, El Toro Bravo, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Newk’s Eatery, Skyline Chili, Michelangelo’s Pizzeria, SoFresh, Fresco’s Italian Restaurant, Wings n Weenies, and the beautiful new Grove Restaurant.

Throughout the evening, every 20 minutes or so, ““A Taste of Manatee and The Ranch” will be raffling off gift certificates from all the participating restaurants benefiting our 4 local Charities that we support with this one supporting “Flight To The North Pole” benefiting critically ill children in our local area.

“A Taste of Manatee and The Ranch” is hosted by local entrepreneur Donna Powell, owner of Powell Promotion.

Powell said. “It’s a pleasure to work with Sarasota Sally Dining Club & Sarasota Sally, Vivian Kehrer who brings in the participating Restaurants and Lisa Johnson, co-owner of Jazzy Dogs Publishing who does our Sales & Marketing.”

Powell said she is expecting more than 400 people to check out the tempting appetizers and scrumptious dishes the restaurants will prepare for “A Taste of Manatee and The Ranch”.

“The restaurants always outdo themselves every year. The food is just amazing and the variety is out of this world,” Powell said. Grove Restaurant will be providing a separate cash bar serving alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages as well”, Powell said.

“A Taste of Manatee and The Ranch” could not thrive without the support of its sponsors including our PLATINUM Sponsor, iHeart Media’s Family of radio stations including 107.9 Suncoast’s Greatest Hits, Z100 Classic Rock, CTQ 92.1 Country and KISS FM 103.9 radio.
