This year’s event will benefit a wonderful nonprofit group, Hungers End America, that has been helping families in the area since 2015.
According to their website Hungers End’s mission is to “End Hunger in America, one community at a time”, through volunteers and members across America. Carl and Vicki Snyder decided to start Hungers End America after seeing how many people in our area were in need of food assistance. They and their volunteers work tirelessly making meals, bagging groceries, running a clothing closet, collecting food and toiletries. They are helped by churches, restaurants and people like you!
