Celebrate Cinco De Mayo at Mattison’s with Festive Food and Drink Specials

Mattison’s Restaurants are celebrating Cinco De Mayo on May 5^th with delicious and creative food and drink specials. In addition to the regular menus, all three Mattison’s will feature a special a la carte menu.

Appetizer
Shrimp and grouper ceviche, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, served in a crispy tortilla shell with avocado relish $16

Entrees
Durham Ranch bison stuffed with poblano peppers with charred corn cheddar, cheese, pepper jack cheese, cotija cheese, served with black beans and rice, red sauce $25

Mexican fish and chips tortilla crusted American Red Snapper, crispy cactus fries, corn and cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, jalapeno tartar sauce $27

Dessert
Mexican Xango (Mexican cheesecake) deep-fried cinnamon, sugar, fresh berries, and house-made whipped cream  $9

Already home to several brands of Tequila, including the award-winning, newest kid on the block, Rock-N-Roll Tequila, all three Mattison’s are featuring special drinks for Cinco De Mayo. Try the Raspberry Jalapeno Margarita at Forty-One or stop by either of the Mattison’s Grilles for the Tijuana Tipple, a refreshing blend of Mezcal tequila, Amaro Averna, grapefruit juice, and ginger beer. If straight-up Tequila is more your style, order any shot and receive a complimentary side of Sangrita.

Kentucky Derby Hat Contest at Mattison’s

The 148^th Run for the Roses, better known as the Kentucky Derby, is the most exciting 2 minutes in sports! Join us on Saturday, May 7th, at any of the three Mattison’s Restaurants as we celebrate with Derby-themed menu items and drinks. A good time is guaranteed with a wide selection of bourbons, whiskeys, and other spirits even if your horse doesn’t win, place or show.

There will be a hat contest at each Mattison’s restaurant. Everyone is welcome to enter. There is no cost to enter. The contest will be at 6:30. The winner will receive a $50.00 gift card valid at any Mattison’s Restaurant.  

The Main Race starts at 6:57, but the party goes on all day!  

Hat winners will be announced at 6:30 pm.

Mattison’s will have all their televisions tuned to the Derby.
