When a pizza comes out of a brick oven, it is sizzling with an aroma that can’t be beat. Primo Ristorante built the first brick oven in 1986. Chef-Owner Maurizio Colucci knew he had something special!

There are many great Italian Restaurants and Pizza Places in our area and Primo is right at the top. Now more than ever is the time to take-out one of their famous pizza pies!!

Last year, I spoke with Maurizio and he explained that, “there are many little things that go into the process of making a fantastic brick oven pizza. You must have a hot, hot, hot oven! The process starts in the morning, getting the fire going and getting the oven white hot.
