Selva Grill is Open For You!
Selva Grill, Sarasota’s very own “experience” restaurant is now open and ready to serve you. They have 50% inside seating and Dining in the Streets that extend seating outside into the street area. Reservations are not required for outside seating but if you looking for a 7 p.m. on a Friday, you will need to call on Tuesday! Open for dinner only at 5:00 pm. Call for a reservation!
Selva has had the consistency of excellence for 15 years; Selva wants to provide an extraordinary dining experience offering curated dishes with vertical presentation.

A Message from the Owner:
We want to let every one of our customers know that we are taking very specific steps to ensure you enjoy your experience at Selva. Before we open every day we thoroughly detail, clean, and sanitize the entire facility before resuming dine-in services and continue to do so regularly, focusing on high contact areas shared by patrons and employees • Between diners, we clean and sanitize: table condiments, check presenters, tabletops and commonly touched areas, and discard single-use items • We now use rolled silverware to minimize table preset. • We train all employees on the importance and expectation of increased frequency of handwashing, the use of hand sanitizers with at least 60% alcohol, and provide clear instruction to follow proper sanitization procedures. By implementing these techniques, we hope you feel at ease and comfortable knowing we are taking the same great care as you do with your loved ones.
