Chef Paul Mattison, owner and executive chef of Mattison’s Restaurants and Catering Company is excited to announce the reopening of his south Sarasota Restaurant, Mattison’s Forty-One. Having completed two phases of renovations that have spanned over the last two years, the restaurant now offers north and south terraces for outside dining, a new up-lit bar, an updated Galleria for private events and a completely renovated main dining room. In addition to the Galleria, the renovated restaurant now offers several on site options for private and corporate events.

Mattison’s Forty-One is also the site of all Mattison’s catering operations. Mattison’s Catering Company is one of the most highly recommended, premier, award-winning catering companies throughout the region. With over 30 years of catering experience and a team of culinary trained chefs, Chef Paul has established Mattison’s as an expert at catering corporate and private events as well as weddings, galas, fundraisers, and any style of function imaginable with customized menus and the quintessential Chef Paul touch.

In addition to the new look, there are also new culinary creations on the menu for return guests and new visitors to try. Each menu has Chef Paul’s stamp of approval and include the tried-and-true signature items so many guests have enjoyed throughout the years in addition to some new ones such as the New England Lobster Boil and Baked Collard Greens. For those who like to sit at the bar they will find a new Bar Menu with a mix of lite bites, tasty snacks, and brick-oven, handmade pizzas. Mattison’s prides itself on making items, including its pasta, in-house, from scratch and serving menu items made from all-natural ingredients sourced from small family farms that do not use antibiotics, hormones, or chemicals.
