Reservations are now available for a Wine Dinner pairing with two California wineries – Trinchero & Neyers Wines – at Mattison’s Forty-One Restaurant located at 7272 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. The event will be held on Monday, March 25th at 6:30 pm.

Special guest Julie Pepi from Trinchero & Neyers wineries will be in attendance to guide guests through the portfolio of exquisite wines paired with 5 courses of amazing food prepared by Chef Paul Mattison and the Mattison’s Culinary Team.

Many of the French producers Neyers works with farm organically, make their wines naturally without use of cultured yeast or laboratory designed malo-lactic starter, and bottle their wines without fining or filtration. The results make for an undeniable outstanding wine.
