Most families have holiday traditions they celebrate every year. Many of the traditions center around food which is the reason for those New Year’s Resolutions we try to keep. Over the years, Chef Paul Mattison, owner of Mattison’s Restaurants and Catering, has established holiday traditions at Mattison’s Restaurants and of course, they involve families and friends enjoying delicious food.
Chef Paul invites you to enjoy a special Feast of the Seven Fishes menu available all day on Christmas Eve served at all three Mattison’s Restaurants. The Feast of the Seven Fishes is an Italian-American meal traditionally served on Christmas Eve with dishes of fish and other seafood.
Feast of the Seven Fishes Tradition
This special holiday meal is a tradition that Chef Paul grew up experiencing with his Italian family. Many holidays were spent cooking alongside his grandmother Esther. He proudly brings this family tradition to all three Mattison’s restaurants every Christmas Eve. Chef Paul and his team of expert, classically trained chefs have created a multi-course menu using locally sourced, sustainable seafood. Diners can enjoy a delicious four-course menu featuring succulent seafood such as Maine Lobster, Mussels, Shrimp, Oysters and much more. The menu includes a traditional Italian dessert.
Price per person is $55.00 and seating is limited.
